These Terms govern your use of the Morgan In The Mountains website and participation in any of our retreat offerings.
1. Booking & Payments
Full payment or deposit is required to secure your spot.
All prices are in CAD and subject to change with notice.
Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy outlined below.
2. Participant Responsibility
By registering, you agree:
To disclose any medical, allergy, or dietary info relevant to your safety
To follow safety protocols, guides’ instructions, and retreat guidelines
To respect the land, facilitators, and fellow participants
3. Liability
Participation involves physical activity and outdoor conditions. You assume all risks associated with hiking, wilderness environments, and retreat activities. A signed waiver will be required.
4. Modificationsm Cancellations & Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify the itinerary or cancel due to weather, safety, or insufficient registration. If cancelled by us, participants will receive a full refund or credit.
We know that sometimes life shifts unexpectedly. Because our retreats are intimate and require significant upfront costs, we’ve created the following cancellation policy to be fair to both you and our facilitators.
If You Cancel:
More than 45 days before the retreat:
You’ll receive a full refund minus a $100 admin fee.Between 21–44 days before the retreat:
You’ll receive a 50% refund of your total payment.20 days or less before the retreat:
No refunds will be issued unless we can fill your spot.You’re welcome to transfer your spot to another woman (with our approval) at no additional cost.
If We Cancel:
In the rare event that we must cancel due to illness, wildfire evacuation, or insufficient registration:
You’ll receive a full refund or the option to transfer your payment to a future retreat.
We are not responsible for any external travel, lodging, or third-party costs you may have incurred outside of the retreat package.
Travel Insurance is strongly recommended.
Please consider protecting your investment with a plan that covers cancellations, interruptions, and medical emergencies.
