Meet morgan

Morgan Dinsdale (@morganinthemountains) is a professional ski guide, long-distance backpacker, intimacy coach, and feminine leader with over a decade of experience guiding in some of the world’s wildest and most remote landscapes—from the mountains of BC and Alaska to the high plateaus of Tanzania and the lush backcountry of New Zealand.

She is the first-ever Level 2 Ski Guide elected to the Board of Directors for the Canadian Ski Guide Association. She is also the Founder & Executive Director of State of the Snowpack, a Canadian nonprofit advancing avalanche safety and deepening public connection to the backcountry.

Morgan has thru-hiked the 3,100-mile Continental Divide Trail, guided clients to the peak of Tanzania’s Mt Kilamunjaro, soloed sections of New Zealand’s Te Araroa, and journeyed through trails like BC’s Sunshine Coast Trail, Wyoming’s Teton Crest Trail, Tasmania’s Overland Track, and American’s most famous trail, the Appalachian Trail.

She also holds a depth of technical and safety certifications, including:

  • Advanced First Aid (PEAK NUEC 3 – includes WorkSafeBC Advanced First Aid, CPR & AED)

  • Advanced Weather Training

  • Advanced Search and Rescue Training

  • Registered Holistic Nutritonist (RHN), Canadian School Of Natural Nutrition

  • CSGA Level 2 Ski Guide

  • Avalanche Operations Level 2

  • Journalist; AP, CHM Heli, Surfer Magazine

But what truly sets Morgan apart is not just her resumé—it’s her presence.

As both an outdoor guide and an intimacy coach, she creates spaces where women feel safe enough to soften, strong enough to stretch, and held enough to come home to themselves. Her retreats blend trail-tested skill with soul-deep insight, inviting you to explore the wilderness outside and the wilderness within.

“Let’s navigate the wilds of your heart, body, and mind together—uncovering the courage, softness, and strength already alive in you.”
Morgan Dinsdale

She doesn’t just guide you through the backcountry.

She guides you home to the truest version of you.
